Les Images d'Antonioni

EVERYTHING HAPPENS. A SUPERBOOK OF IMAGES
FROM THE FILMS OF
ANTONIONI. OF ALL THE EXISTENTIAL QUESTIONS...
HOW DID WE NOT KNOW
THAT THIS BOOK EXISTED? START OVER. START AGAIN.
THE BEST CINEMA BOOK
EVER JUST RE-ARRIVED.

It is really REALLY really special. Published in 1988. The best film book we have seen for A LONG TIME. We have all the copies to be found in the world right now. And that is FIVE. And if you want one you might as well just speed scroll down and hit the button to buy one now.

Four times Monica Vitti. L'Avventura, the 1960 film in which nothing much happened. It's emptiness made a big impression. Antonioni and Vitti became double famous. She starred in his next three films;  La Notte , L'Eclisse and Il Deserto Rosso

In colour. Il Deserto Rosso . Alienation, ennui, emptiness, anxiety and Monica Vitti looking absolutely amazing in every shot. That's cinema.

Zabriskie Point . Bruce Davidson was the stills photographer. Alienation, ennui, emptiness, anxiety, AGITATION and everyone and everything looking absolutely amazing in every shot. Matched only by the art direction of this book, which is INCREDIBLE!

How good is that colour? Jack Nicholson in the 1974 film Professione: reporter . If you have the Paris, Texas book, the Mystery Train book, the Kids book... any of these books... this is EQUAL TO  / BETTER THAN / ANOTHER WORLD ENTIRELY.

Identificazione di una donna. 1982. The last film Michelangelo Antonioni made before this book was first published in 1988. There is much more to see on this link. You can click the link later - after you bought it on the button below - five copies are going to go FAST!
