We know! Wow! Traci Lords! What a cover that is! Also note when we say 'porn stars in your pocket' that is because it really is a pocket book. 100+ pages, measuring 11 x 15 cm. It is exceptionally cute. 

Traci Lords, if you don't know, quit acting in adult films when she turned 18! She is a phenomenon for sure. Watch Traci in John Waters' Cry Baby on this link. 

Melanie Griffith Body Double style. Cara Lott is the actress. And she was actually in Body Double (Girl in Bathroom #2 and as Melanie Griffth's actual body double, if that is not too complicated a concept). She made her fair share of M.I.L.F Cruiser movies but mixed it up with many non-pornographic films.

Trinity Loren. Power peddling in leg warmers. Sadly Trinity's story did not end as well as Traci Lords' - she overdosed on painkillers aged 35. The industry (and, no doubt, this book) will have many more sad stories.

Shauna Grant. Handing over to Wikipedia because, of course, she also died young and there is only so many times...

Colleen Marie Applegate, known professionally as Shauna Grant, was an American pornographic actress and nude model. During her two-year career, she appeared in over 30 pornographic films, earning up to $100,000. Grant died by suicide after the arrest of her partner in March, 1984.

Having translated the Japanese text biographies for each actress, Shauna's entry does indeed begin;

"More than two years have passed since her mysterious death by rifle."

French actress Jacqueline Lorians is ALIVE and retired. Hopefully happily. Her scenes in this book with a variety of Dralon drapery and regular issue underwear are super 90s aesthetic source material. Ahead of her time and still alive - great combination.
