The first frame. Drawn by Robert Breer - with a marker pen if we are not mistaken. We never were big on text when it comes to superbooks but a roughly one second a flip this is easily the quickest read of any book we have featured.
The line becomes a doleful dog. It is William Wegman's Weimaraner Fay Ray of course. The dog star that featured in the video for Blue Monday 1988 as co-directed by Wegman and Breer.
