We never knew. Wow! Published out of France in the early 90's and is one of the best books on the indie behemoth. So many incredible behind the scenes images shot by Sam & Larry Shaw (who also produced the amazing Cassavetes Streams) and all shot in black & white adding to it's charm. A fantastic book.
