It is one of the most magical books we have ever seen or sold. Photographs by John Carder Bush of his sister Kate aka Cathy. Kate would appear to be about two or three years younger than when she wrote The Man With The Child In His Eyes (she was thirteen!). In very good condition - box with slight blemish (pictured).
