Photocopied and bound with black tape to the spine by Korine before being hand delivered to Printed Matter in New York for sale in their store. This artist book edition predating the also scarce (but nowhere near as off the scale rare as this) Japanese edition of 1000 copies. This edition thought to be more in the tens than hundreds.
