Cherie Currie. Lead singer of The Runaways. Photographed by Kishin Shinoyama no less. The incredulous fact being that Cherie was just sixteen in 1976 when The Runaways formed and she wore that outfit on stage and on the cover of this Sexy Song amazine. Sixteen!!

At seventeen. Joan Jett. Together with Svengali like producer Kim Fowley, Jett wrote Cherry Bomb. She would later go solo, of course. You know all about that because you love rock 'n' roll! That is a dynamite video btw.
