Shipping & Payment Info

All items are shipped by DHL internationally and DHL and other available tracked services for the UK. Rates are quoted at checkout. UK shipping is inclusive of VAT.

US and EU have tax inclusive shipping rates meaning that import duties are paid by IDEA and goods will arrive directly with customers.

Rest of World shipping is subject to import duties (where they apply) of the recipients country and will be charged (where they apply) to the customer by DHL.

Orders are prepared and shipped same day or next working day in all cases other than when the volume of orders exceeds the hours and minutes in the day. Expected delivery dates are given at checkout but are most often overstated and actual delivery is sooner than estimated.

Both DHL and the IDEA store provide tracking and delivery updates for orders.

In store pickup is an option at checkout. Apple and Google Pay customers need to enter checkout to see the pickup option.
