It is a book everyone should own. And if that is no longer possible, at least have a very good long look at the pictures.

Just like this photograph too much. Pinch and zoom if looking on your phone, the girl in the dungarees cigarette isn't lit but instinctively she knows how to adopt the world weary / world wary look of the smoker.
And you know... too many easy jokes... we'd rather just marvel at the freedom of this.

Love this too but now we're just showing off about how great this book is. We have to underline
the point - Rennie Ellis really was seriously good. More bikini line than front line in his dispatches, sure, but wherever there was fun in the sun, there he was in the middle of it.
The man himself. Pretty sure he'd asked her to hold his stomach in. The picture makes us smile. He didn't even take it. Surely a sign of a great, great photographer :)
