Yokoo doesn't just go at it with the cut and paste - he'll give whole double pages a colour wash. There's an index too - which is invaluable, considering how obscure some of these records are. Tucked into the fold of that spread is Grobschnitt's Jumbo LP. You can listen to that on this infrequently clicked YouTube link. Never ever heard of them before. Never ever want to hear from them again!


There are many truly amaze pages. That's Oliver Nelson's Skull Session with Nils Lofgren's Grin on the insert. Both thrown into completely different colours from the originals.

Taking liberties. Yokoo is the Warhol of Japan so only fitting that he should gets hands on with the Stones' Sticky Fingers cover.
