Now this is rare. The other issue of The Chelsea Scoop. Quentin Crisp and Ossie Clark in this second and final issue of Charlie Tennant's broadsheet local paper. Published Christmas 1978. It is so rare that we didn't even know it existed when we wrote this piece on issue one - here.
